Composition: Mixture of Hydrocarbon Zinc soap and aromatic acid

Appearance: Light white pastilles

Applications:

1. Very effective curing activator and can be used in especially in NR, SBR and BR.
2. Perform very well as peptizer of NR, reduce compound viscosity effectively, and replace part or all traditional fatty acid activator like zinc stearate.
3. Improve reversion resistance and maintains physical properties of overcured vucanizate, improve dynamic properties, decrease heat build up and rolling resistance in tire application, and reduce compression set at elevated temperatures.
4. Added with rubber.
