Chemical products are often made in liquid state at high temperatures.
Handling the finished product becomes difficult as it has to be set in trays and then packed as slabs or broken into pieces.
Our Pastillator system converts the melt into hemispherical pastilles. This makes handling easy.
The size of the pastille is adjustable and 3 mm to 8 mm is easily made.
Pastilles are easily handled by vacuum loaders and weigh batchers.
